Casestudy Ms. S.M.

Session 1: date 03-11-2021 Length 40/45 minutes

Preparation of the practitioner: I ask my client’s permission to touch her and explain her what I am going to do; she agrees. I center myself by focusing inwardly and acting from heart-centered decisions, which are characterized by love and compassion. With my eyes open, I am present in the here and now, because I am connected to the energy of the earth, which allows me to tune in to the Schumann waves. I tune in to the client, with holding her feet, by harmonize vibrations and energetically connecting with the patient and stepping into the field. I focus on the highest good and well-being of the client and project
this intention to the universe and I am aware of this.
Assessment: Initial intake: S.M. is a beautiful, young, slender lady of 24 years. Briefly, she seems very tense and cramped in her upper body, but at the same time S.M. has a very present and open posture. S.M. looks cheerful, spontaneous, she seems friendly, but somewhere I feel that she is also sad, and that she is very tired. In my presence, S.D. feels comfortable, but I notice that she also carries something uncomfortable in her; that she is wary and tense. S.M. explains to me that she has been diagnosed with PDDNOS and that she has an inferiority complex. She needs confirmation in the things she does, even though she knows she is doing just fine. S.M. has difficulty expressing herself and therefore often keeps things to herself, and says that she is always feels like a wreck because of this. This is reinforced when she goes through her monthly period, but also when she receives feedback. A long time ago S.M sought help from a psychologist and from a magnetizer; she had no connection with these care workers and therefor she stopped seeing them. S.M. is currently single and lives at home with her parents. She has a sister, and she is also living at home. S.M. works in a nursing home, as a caregiver and this job suites her she says. She enjoys going out, likes going to the gym, meeting up with friends, and spending time with her family. She is not affiliated with organizations and has no spiritual affiliations. She eats healthy, she experiences a good quality of sleep and exercise, and likes to walk. Breast cancer occurs in the family, but there is no demonstrable hereditary cause. S.M. indicates that the PDD NOS, which has been diagnosed with her, sometimes gets in the way of her and that stress is particularly caused when new things appear, or sudden changes arise and when she is receiving requested or unsolicited feedback.
For the purpose of this case study, stress will be measured on a scale of 0 to 10, where 0 means no stress and 10 is the highest possible. S.M. indicates that her stress score, before the treatment, is between 7 and 9. S.M. also indicates that the score is not an average of an 8, but that the stress score with her is varying from a 7 to an 8, to the 9 and back to 7. The stress score fluctuates quite a bit and S.M. always tries to influence it, but she never succeed doing this. Energetic assessment: For the purpose of this case study, the assessment of the pendulum is indicated as follow: Small Clockwise/Counterclockwise (CS/CCS) where the rotation is less than 5 cm; Medium Clockwise/Counterclockwise (MC/MCC), where the rotation is 5-10 cm. in average; at Large (LC/LCC) the rotation diameter is more than 10 cm. Silent, the pendulum
is stationary, H or _ the pendulum moves horizontally, V or | the pendulum moves vertically. The energetic assessment largely shows stationary chakras; Silent, except for the sacral and solar plexus; these are CCS. The 6th and 7th chakra’s are CS When I perform the Pre hand scan, I can feel stress and cramping around the lungs and stomach and also around the shoulders. It feels like a nasty, heavy, stagnant warmth. I notice that there is a hardening in this place, and I feel that she can hardly breathe through. The energy field that I try to determine with my hands seems very small and low and I can feel an certain exhausting.
Problem statement: When I ask my client which health issues I can write down, she indicates “I am having problems with myself; I feel stuck”. S.M. indicates that she feels like she is not good enough ever, while in the same sentence she also indicates that she knows that she can be whoever she is and that she is okay. S.M. has an inferiority complex and is very hard and strict with herself. The imbalance that my pendulum shows and that I feel in the energy field of S.M. is related to the attitude she takes in life. S.M is being very strict to herself, so that someone else does not have to. Because of this behavior she can hardly breathe freely.
Mutual goals: In the short term, S.M. would like to have a little more energy and she would like to feel a bit more positive. In addition, she would like to be in balance. In the long run, S.M. would like to get rid of her inferiority complex altogether. She indicates that she would also like to be able to express herself a little better and she would like to be able to talk more about how she feels. “I don’t want to keep things to myself and feel like a wreck because of it.” To achieve these goals, I consult with S.M. that I come to treat her several times. S.M. indicates that she is finding it difficult to make plans like this and wishes to be given space in applying for a new treatment. We agree that S.M. will seek contact and approach me for a new treatment. S.M. thinks she wants to be treated 1-time pro month.
Planning: S.M. and I discuss that we will first treat her to get rest, to get back into balance and to reconnect with herself.
Healing Touch Interventions: Opening and balancing the energy of the client. During the first session I treat S.M. with the Spiral Meditation and then the Chakra Connection. The Spiral Meditation strengthens the effect prior to the Chakra Connection. S.M. is very tense and finds it very difficult to relax. The Spiral meditation allows you to come to a deep relaxation and works from the heart, with all its qualities, to the whole body. The Chakra Connection connects the Chakras back together and provides balance, exactly what S.M. is asking for. At the beginning of the Spiral Meditation, I feel that S.M. is indulging in the treatment and that she is in a relaxing state. When I place my hand on her heart, I seem to sink all the way down with my hand and go through several layers, like a lift sinking down. I feel a lot of love right now and gentleness; basically everything S.M. needs. S.M. has a frown above her nose and it seems to slowly ebb away; her face becomes completely soft. S.M. gets into a relaxing state. I choose the Chakra Connection because it can give S.M. energy, which she asks for. The Chakra Connection gives a connection of the chakras, but I noticed that people also connect with themselves in this treatment. As she points out, the inferiority complex must be removed. My intention in the treatment is of course the highest good for Sharon, but I also put an intention to that she can be who she is and that that is completely okay. During the treatment, I can feel energy flowing from one hand to another and it feels like “spaghetti” strings of energy going back and forth and providing the body with new free energy. When I treat S.M. at the upper body, I notice that I have to breathe very deeply and it is hard to do. I feel that I can only shift my hands from position when I breathe completely through the cramping and tenseness. I feel a hardening here and I breathe deeply into it and try to reach the point below my belly button, I hold the breath for a moment and then exhale through my mouth. When I go all the way through it and finally can reach the point below my belly button, I feel that I can continue with the positions and that something has changed with S.M. I see that her face seems even more relaxed, and the hardening is completely gone. Energetic Re-Assessment: When commuting, my pendulum shows that the chakras are now all open, LC. When I perform the Post hand scan, I feel a hot and cold flow of air from S.M. head to her feet. The energy field that I try to determine with my hands is very similar to a large block full of white energy. Close: I have taken the time for the Chakra Connection, but I notice that S.M. is still deep in the relaxing state of the Spiral Meditation. I therefore close the session by re-rotating the order of the Spiral Meditation. Grounding and letting go: I have explained S.M. that when the treatment is finished that I will move my hands from her knees to her feet so that she is grounded again and she knows we are done. I am stepping out of the field of S.M. and she is been giving all the time and space to recover from the treatment.
Evaluation: S.M. indicates after the treatment that she has never felt so relaxed and that her face feels so different; “so soft”. She also indicates that she had no trouble at all with my hands on her body and experiencing the treatment, while she had thought that it might be a thing, because she finds this difficult. S.M. indicates that she feels like taking a walk. She says she had no energy to do anything empowering, but now she likes to take a cycling trip to the forest for a nice walk. In relation to the common goal, having more energy and feeling more positivity, this is a beautiful result. S.M. indicates that she feels a wonderful relaxation and would like to score her stress in this short term, with a 2. I inform S.M. that it might work well for her to do breathing exercises every now and then and apply this to moments of stress or when exciting things happen and she feels tension. I teach her to breathe through the nose for 4 seconds, holding it for 4 seconds and then exhaling through the mouth.

Session 2 Date: 04-01-2021 Lenght: 55 minutes

Preparation of the practitioner: I ground myself and for the elaboration of this I refer to the preparation of the practitioner on the intake form (session 1). I ask my client for permission to touch her and she agrees.
Assessment: Updates: S.M. indicates that since the first treatment, she has been able to sleep so well, that she is calmer and feels calmer. Her mother noticed that S.M. no longer has such a short fuse. S.M. had to work in an intern during her work, but this had not been discussed with her in advance. She then, with the homework assignments given, boosted herself on the toilet by performing the breathing exercises. S.M. indicates that she has been able to work a nice day without stress or difficulty; she felt calm and steady, and she had the confidence to properly train the trainee. S.M. says she walks more often and says that she feels free and save around trees. S.M. indicates that her Stress score, before the treatment, is between 2 and 4. The stress score fluctuates quite a bit and S.M can quickly get it down by small amounts by achieving the breathing exercises, which she has been given as homework. When commuting, my pendulum shows that all chakras are HM, except the root chakra, the feet and the knees; these are CM. When I perform the Pre hand scan I feel heat waves at Sharon’s head, at her throat and at her sacral. These waves have a certain mass and only weigh in the same place. I notice a tingle in
my hands when I move my hands above her throat. The energy field that I try to determine with my hands has the form of a triangle, size M.
Problem statement: When I discuss with my client which health issues I can note, she indicates that the same problems are still at issue, as at the intake, but that the representation of these is many times less. S.M. indicates that she has tasted a wonderful, quiet, balanced life and that this slowly ebbs away and that she is getting tired again, has negative thoughts and stays in it and that she cannot sleep well because of this.
Mutual goals: In the short term, S.M. would like to be able to sleep well again and want to feel the balance in her body again. In the long run, S.M. would like to be calm and keep this calm.
Planning: S.M. knows that there are plenty of treatments I could offer her, but she wishes to receive the same treatment as last time. I have never experienced before that a client indicates this, but I definitely want to go along with this. I can see that S.M. has tension in her body and the treatments she desires can certainly contribute to the goals we want to achieve.
Healing Touch Interventions: Opening and balancing the energy of the client. According to the wishes of the client and my consent, S.M. again receives the Spiral Meditation. I have grounded myself well before and try to connect with S.M. by holding her feet for a moment, before I start. When I place my hand on her heart chakra it looks like I am going through twelve mat shafts with my hand. It seems as if S.M. completely sinks from the first touch. My hand gets very warm with each new touch, when I go from her heart to her solar plexus and so on. I feel peace around us, while the window is open and we can just hear everything, outside. It is audible, but totally cut off from us. I also feel that I have to move my hand very slowly through the spiral and it seems like my hand is guided along the “road” that I have to follow to the next position. It seems as if my hand brings balance to every new place, started from the first position, the heart. When S.M. is receiving the Chakra Connection, according to her wish I notice many pulsating movements and waves. I feel that the chakras are open, but I also feel that they flow and that they seek the connection with each other. S.M. lies on the treatment table with her eyes closed and seems far away. When I hold my hand above her throat, I see that she has trouble swallowing for a moment; I am holding my hand a little further above her throat. I see that I still have some time and want to give S.M. the Noel’s Mind Clearing. S.M. told me at the intake that she has a strong feeling of inferiority, and the clearing can support her to lose it and create feelings of freedom can be made accessible. The treatment gives peace and relaxation and that is exactly what S.M. asks for. I do not feel any special things when giving the treatment, but I notice that we are both still very much in slow mode, of calmness. I can concentrate very well and feel when I can change my hands position again.
Energetic re-assessment: When commuting, my pendulum shows that the chakras are now all open, CL. When I perform the Post hand scan, I now feel a cold stream of fresh air / wind, in the place
where I first felt heat, but also a fresh flow from the head to the feet. When I move my hands above the Throat Chakra, I feel it tingling in my hands as well. The energy field that I try to determine with my hands is very clearly the shape of a spade, as in a card game. It seems very powerful, strong and indestructible. Close: I close the session by re-rotating the sequence of the Spiral Meditation. Grounding and letting go I have agreed with S.M. that I touch my hands from both of her knees to her feet to ground her again. The treatment is then over but S.M. gets all the time and space to recover from the treatment. I am stepping out of her field.
Evaluation: S.M. indicates after the treatment that she immediately felt that she was being touched to rest. She says it looked like she was being pushed down and that she was awake but absent. “I was completely gone”. She also indicates that she felt that I moved my hands to different positions on her body, but that it seemed as if my hands were still in the “old place”. In relation to our common goal in the short term; being able to sleep well again and being able to feel the balance in her body again, we have to wait and see what the treatment will do, the upcoming time. S.M. indicates that she will soon have another night shift and hopes that she can really sleep well tomorrow after her shift. She will also have to experience the calmness she wishes to carry with her after the treatment, but for now she would like to display her stress score with a 0-1. S.M. asks for tips to stay in balance and I give her a paper with the Chakra Connection depicted on it, so that she can do it again in her own time through the images. In addition to this assignment, I remind her of the breathing technique I introduced to her last time.

Session 3 Date: 06-25-2021 Lenght 45 minutes

Preparation of the practitioner: I ground myself and for the elaboration of this I refer to the preparation of the practitioner on the intake form (session 1). I ask my client for permission to touch her and she agrees.
Assessment: Updates: S.M. indicates that she is doing well and that her parents also notice this. She has become much calmer and no longer reacts so violently. She has not had any tantrums since the
treatments and sleeps very well. S.M. indicates that her Stress score, for the treatment is a 5. When commuting, my pendulum shows that all chakras are H_M, except the root chakra, and the knees; these are silent. When I perform the Pre hand scan, I feel vibrations and warmth all over her body. The energy field that I try to determine with my hands is low and rectangular. It looks like a flat box.
Problem statement: When I consult with my client which health issues I can note, she indicates that she finally found peace and she want to keep this, because it works very well for her.
Mutual goals: In the short term, S.M. would like to lose her tantrums and maintain her composure in any situation. In the long run, S.M. would like to keep this peace.
Planning: S.M. has already achieved many of her goals, through the two treatments she has received and the homework she is doing. S.M. wonders if I can give her the same treatment again. In consultation, we choose to something else that can give the same result, but hopefully ensures that she stays in the flow of positivity, peace, balance and confidence.
Healing Touch Interventions: Opening and balancing the energy of the client. I choose the Noel’s mind Clearing because it gives peace and deep relaxation. This treatment also ensures that feelings of forgiveness become accessible. I think S.M. can use this to help her accept who she is and find peace in the person she is. I would like to treat S.M. with the Fifth Layer Healing, to give her a treatment that gives her an extra boost. For this S.M. first receives the Chelation. Then, to give the treatment in the 5th, 6th and 7th layer of the biofield, through the Chelation and subsequent healing of the Fifth Layer Healing, I prepare with the Advanced Healer Preparation. I do the Hara Alignment, followed by the Core Star, the Chakra Spinning and the Etheric Vitality and I notice that the preparation is done because I always automatically get a smile on my face. With this preparation I raise my own vibration and energy level to a higher frequency, so that I bring the vibration of the client to a higher, cleaner state by means of attunement. The Chelation gives energy and balance and clarifies, and this corresponds to the wishes of S.M. During the treatment S.M. widely shoots her left leg up. She is startled awake by it, but soon seems to be back asleep. I can concentrate well and have no qualms about spinning my Chakras, keeping my Core Star expanded, keeping the Hara line in a straight line and continuing to feel the colorful flow of the Etheric vitality meditation. S.M. has no physical complaints, therefore I want to see what this treatment gives her. I put my hands above the body of S.M. and let me be carried away in the energy. Just wait and see what happens. Soon my hands seem to head wanting to go and flutter them very gracefully and extremely carefully and slowly. My movements are similar to the Etheric Hand Scooping, but this one is at the fifth level. I really notice that I work at the 5th 6th and 7th level. I feel that old energy is moving away from S.M.’s body and disappears, but at the same time I can feel I am also giving new energy.
Energetic Re-Assessment: When commuting, my pendulum shows that al chakras are CL. When I perform the Post hand scan, I feel a moving warm flow. The energy field that I try to determine with my hands is very large and high and then goes down step by step, like the roof of a mansion. Close: I close the treatment of the work on the fifth level with Celestial and Ketheric Template Repatterning and I hand over the work to the guides for efficient healing. When I move my hands above the head of S.M. with an opening of my thumbs, creating a triangle, I feel that I can slowly but surely go up with my hands. I finish the healing. Grounding and letting go I have agreed with S.M. again that I touch my hands from both of her knees to her feet to ground her again. The treatment is then over but S.M. gets all the time
and space to recover from the treatment. I am stepping out of her field.
Evaluation: S.M. indicates after the treatment that she cannot understand that she has fallen asleep. “That’s not something that I would do at all, in the presence of someone else.” In relation to our common goal in the short term; losing the tantrums, keeping her composure, we have to wait and see what the treatment will do, in the coming time.
S.M. and I agree that she will continue to do the breathing exercises, in addition to the Chakra Connection that she can apply to herself through the paper that I gave her at the time.

Summary Final evaluation: S.M. indicated as a problem statement that she was feeling stuck. She explained her inferiority problem to me, even though she knows quite well that she is okay as she is. At the beginning of our first treatment session, S.M. indicated that she would like to have more energy in the short term and she would like to feel more positive. In addition, she would also like to be in balance. This goal has been achieved. Sharon walks about 5 km daily. She indicates that she has gained more energy, that she is getting energy from walking, especially in the woods. Walking also provides more insight; she evaluates the day and takes stock. To be in balance has also been achieved. S.M. has gained confidence in herself and feels strong enough to express her feelings. In the long run, S.M. would like to get rid of her inferiority complex altogether. She indicates that she would like to be able to express herself; she no longer wants to keep everything she thinks and feels inside. Because S.M. has gained more confidence, she now dares to tell what she has on her heart. This allows for getting relief. She no longer feels like a wreck; she feels stable; she is okay. The inferiority complex is still present, but it is no longer an isolated problem. At the second session, S.M. indicates that she would like to be able to sleep well again in the short term and want to feel the balance again in her body that she has been able to feel for a while after the first treatment. S.M. indicates that she has been able to experience peace and that she really enjoyed life for a while, but that after a while she got tired again and had negative thoughts and therefore had difficulty sleeping. This goal has been achieved again. After the second treatment, the peace came back, and her parents also noticed that she was much more cheerful. She no longer had a short fuse and had the confidence to say what was on her mind and therefore there was no question of pent-up anger. The peace was there, because she experienced calmness. That was also the long-term goal; that she wanted to be calm and keep calm in difficult situations. At the third session, S.M. indicates that she has finally found her peace and that this does her very well. She indicates that in the short term she would like to lose her tantrums forever and want to keep her composure in any situation. This goal has been achieved; S.M. indicates that she has not yet had a rage attack or tantrum from the first treatment and that in spontaneous situations she can adapt and keep her peace. In the long term, S.M. would like to maintain this peace and quietness and this is going very well for her; you could say that this goal has been achieved. There was also a fourth session, where S.M. indicates that she is doing very well, but that some situations are very difficult for her to oversee. In the short term, S.M. to rest again to be able to pick herself up when there is stress. She wishes to be stress-free. She would love to feel calm in challenging situations. In the long run, she would like to keep this peace. This goal has been achieved. S.M. has been able to celebrate a holiday with nine girlfriends, who by her own admission also have nine opinions and she has not felt stress for a moment. When she thought there was unrest, she successfully did her breathing exercises. She has also been able to give her opinion in certain situations and was able to let go which she had no control over. Continuation: S.M. and I decide that we are done with the treatments. She has been given the peace she longed for and feels more and more that she is becoming balanced. She says she knows how to find me when she feels she is losing herself again, but for now it is good.
References: SM does not receive an official referral because self-care is picking up well. I did give her a business card from a good homeopath and she has already had two appointments with her.
